Troi Swain back to the Austin Elite program! Austin native, Swain graduated from McNeil in 2014 as the women's all time and leading scorer (2522 points), all time steals leader (527 steals), and second leading scorer of all time in school history, to name a few accolades. She finished her collegiate career in 2018 at the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Following college, she coached (boys and girls) and was a math teacher for 3 years. Swain is now a Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach, who is looking forward to impacting the youth in a positive way with her knowledge of the game and expertise in other areas.

Coach Jorge brings a wealth of basketball expertise to Austin Elite, drawing from extensive experience both as a collegiate player for four years and as a coach since joining Austin Elite in 2021. Additionally, he specializes in providing personalized one-on-one and group training sessions. Known for his unwavering commitment to player development and fostering a positive team culture, Jorge brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the program. With a focus on skill-building, strategic gameplay, and instilling values of teamwork and sportsmanship, Jorge has a proven track record of guiding teams to success while empowering each player to reach their full potential.
